- What methods of payment do you accept?
Champion Lift Systems, LLC. accepts payment in the form
of company check, wire transfer or credit card.
- Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
- What are your payment terms?
All payments for Equipment are in advance of shipment.
Service and parts are net 10 Days upon credit approval.
- What are your typical Lead times for reconditioned
Forklifts?
If the unit is in inventory, the unit will ship within
48 Hours of payment receipt
- Do you offer financing and how does it work?
Yes we do offer competitive equipment financing upon
credit approval. Credit applications are reviewed and
a decision is made within 24 Hours.
- What’s the guarantee on products?
We offer our customers the manufacturer spec on all new equipment and offer for most used units.
- What’s your return policy on warehouse equipment?
When returning new equipment that isn’t damaged when opened, we charge a 20% restocking charge. All returns require an RA number, so please call to get one. For used equipment we offer 100% value of the return as long product is in the exact same condition as when it was sold.
- Can I pickup my order from your location?
Customers can pickup any orders from our location 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday.
Forklifts
- What is your warranty on forklifts?
On NEW forklifts we offer 1-year parts and labor on all units. Warranties are offered on re-conditioned units and vary according to age and condition.
- Do you accept trade-ins or buy old forklifts?
We accept trade-ins and buy all makes and models of used forklifts. Our team is able to evaluate and assess the value on-site.
- Do you rent forklifts?
We offer a variety of short and long term rentals. We have plans that come in a variety of terms including daily, weekly, monthly, and rent with the option to purchase.

- What tasks do you perform on your reconditioned
forklifts?

- Do you service forklifts onsite?
For customers in our service coverage area, most repairs can be done onsite. Please contact us for any special requests or needs.
- Do you all carry your own parts and tires?
We carry a wide variety of common parts for most makes and models and can get anything we don’t have in a quick time frame.
- Do you offer extended service contracts for equipment?
Service contracts are available on all forklifts and can be customized to your needs. Typical plans come in 12 month increments.
Pallet Racks
- I received my pallet rack materials and
I noticed a piece is damaged. What do I do?
If your pallet rack has been damaged in any fashion, please call us so we can make arrangements to have the item returned and new ones delivered to you.
- Do you all remove old pallet rack systems?
We remove and buy back most used pallet rack. If you have pallet rack to sell, we welcome your call.
- How do I choose which pallet rack system
is best for me?

I still order through you?
No order is too small or large for us. We welcome single piece orders or complete warehouse systems.

to handle?

- What styles of pallet rack do you keep on
hand?
The most common style we keep in stock for used pallet rack are uprights that are 42" deep x 12'; or 42" x 16'. For beams 8', 9', 12', are the most common sizes in stock. We also always have a large selection of 42" x 46" wire decking in stock.
