• Heavy-Duty Forks.  Additional welded gussets in high stress areas increases fork strength while computer profiled fork tips maximize ease of pallet entry and exit.
• Drive Motor. Compact open-frame 24-volt DC drive motor provides ample torque and RPM at low current and temperature levels. Bevel gearing and large turntable bearings provide maximum durability and efficiency in the smallest possible envelope. Motor mounted electric brake amplifies braking through transmission gearing for optimized stopping power.
• Solid-State Drive Control. Solid-state, infinitely variable transistor speed controller utilizing a proven MOSFET power section, makes for smooth starts & stops while minimizing battery consumption. Available hand held programmer accesses fault history & runs diagnostics while allowing customization of creep speed, acceleration rate, maximum speed & plug braking settings.
• Control Handle. An extremely durable Aluminum Alloy head houses an oversized "Belly Button" emergency reverse actuator and steel hand guard for operator protection. Lift, lower, speed, direction and horn controls all within fingertip reach of the operator with hands in place on the steering grips for easy operation.
• Compression Fit Control Cover. Unique compression fit two piece design allows for easy removal and replacement. Rubber grommets dissipate any "rattle" noise due to vibration from uneven surfaces.
• Battery Disconnect. Easily accessible battery connector for emergency disconnect of power. The connector handle is recessed to prevent damage when the unit is in use.
