RWS Series Walker Stacker
Advanced ergonomics, engineering, materials, and the highest quality electrical, hydraulic and mechanical components are incorporated into the Rol-lift designed Stacker. Other "RWS" features, are adjustable straddles and a programmable electronic travel control.

The RWS Series Walkie Stacker provides ergonomically dimensioned wider handle grips that easily accommodate bulky, gloved hands and greatly increases the operator’s comfort and efficiency. All control buttons and thumb controls are located within easy fingertip reach from either side without lifting a hand from the grips. The bright red reversing button is oversized for a more positive contact surface.

The transmission features maintenance free internal brakes in an oil bath and the drive train carries a full two year warranty. Other features, such as adjustable straddles and a programmable electronic travel control create a safer, more efficient and more easily maintainable walkie stacker.

BATTERIES

• 210 AH hours rating,(4-12 volt 105 AH hours rating, minimum maintenance deep cycle) with removable tray
• Battery compartment accepts industrial batteries to 275 AH

BATTERY CHARGER

• 115/1/60 15 amp onboard charger with overload protection
• Direct wired to batteries for error free charging
• 12 hour timer automatically tapers to finish rate

WHEELS AND TIRES

• Press-on 10" x 4", white non-marking drive tire, taper mounted hub design for fast easy servicing

SOLID STATE SPEED CONTROLLER

• Programmable, high power, high efficiency for energy saving motor and battery operation

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

• Adjustable lowering valve allows loaded and unloaded lowering speed adjustments
• In-line oil filter
• Heavy duty motor, gear pump, check and relief valve
• Overload pressure relief valve protects system from pressure overload and bypasses oil to reservoir when system reaches maximum pressure
• Piston style lift cylinder includes micro finished surface and high quality polyurethane seals
• Lifting and lowering functions feature “soft start - soft stop” electro-hydraulic acceleration and deceleration valving

CONTROL HANDLE

• Ergonomic design – extra large pushbuttons for raise, lower and horn functions are easily accessible even with gloved hands
• Large safety reversing button propels truck away from operator and sounds horn if contact with operator made while unit is in reversing mode
• Dual forward/reverse grip controls for thumb or twist operation
• Automatic "dead man" type braking with power cut-off switch when brake is applied

STRADDLE LEGS

• Adjustable to 50" with guarded tips to protect straddle wheels
• Standard under clearance of 1.25"

TRAVEL SPEEDS
