Wireway Husky Pallet Rack

Wireway/Husky's pallet rack has earned a reputation as some of the best available in the material handling industry.  They're manufactured using the latest technology available and inspected throughout the production process to ensure quality and uniformity.  The product line includes three kinds of pallet rack: TUF Rack , Invincible Rack and Reliable Rack . Although different, they do share some common features. All Wireway/Husky Pallet Rack is built using:

• 14-Gauge Steel (Heavier Gauges Available)
• Pre-Drilled Foot plates for Easy Lagging
• Closed-lip Bracing Channel for Added Strength
• Minimum 8" Clearance Between Bracing and Footplate for Easy Installation.
• Polyurethane Paint for Long Lasting Protection

TUF Rack is designed for high capacity applications.  Its tubular construction provides greater resistance to impact and torque, resulting in a longer service life.  The teardrop pattern is stamped on 2" centers and accommodates most beam types including those featuring gravity pins and metal safety clips.

Uprights are available with either 3" x 3" or 3" x 1-5/8" tubular posts. The three-inch tubes would be for very high capacity applications. The 3" x 1-5/8" is practical for applications with capacities greater than those of standard rack but not as much as three inch TUF Rack.

Our most popular pallet rack, Invincible Rack is constructed from roll formed "open-back" posts and features the same teardrop pattern as TUF Rack.

Post sizes are available in both 3" x 3" and 3" x 1-5/8".  Invincible Rack combines quality and cost and is the perfect solution for users with standard capacity needs.

Reliable Rack differs from both the TUF Rack and Invincible Rack in its post pattern. It uses the "keystone" connector pattern.

This rack provides the same capacities as the Invincible Rack but can only use beams with the Keystone type connector.  It's the right solution for applications where existing rack is of the same type.

All beams are constructed of continuous welded tubes.  They are available in heights from 2.5to 6.0 in 1/2" increments and lengths up to 144". All beams from 2.5 to 5.0 are available is 16 gage steel.  5.0 is available in 14 gage steel. While the 6.0 is available in either 14 or 13 gage steel.

Wireway/Husky can roll custom gages and lengths to meet nearly any application. Standard color on all beams is orange. The beam connectors feature shaved rivets for ease of installation and come standard with Bowlock® replaceable safety clips that can be changed when damaged.  Each clip automatically engages when beams are installed and cannot be removed without first removing the beam. Beams feature a 3 pin 6" connector.

Wireway Cable Reels

Cable Reel provides users with an economical and practical way to store rolls of wire, cable or other spooled materials. It's made from the same processes as our pallet rack and comes with required axle brackets. A variety of sizes and capacities are available to meet virtually any need.

Wireway Husky Wire Decks

Wire decks make pallet rack capable of storing almost anything. The channels are welded directly to the wire and are available in standard or inverted U shape, flared or inverted flared, or flat mesh without channels using reinforcement wires for additional capacity.

Wireway Husky Wire Partitions
Wireway/Husky offers the highest quality products available in the woven wire industry. The complete line of modular woven wire partitions makes it easy to rearrange or expand enclosures in plant or warehouse areas and in other commercial, industrial and institutional applications.

EZ Wire
At last there's a hassle-free, labor saving way to assemble woven wire partitions. EZ Wire assembles with no nuts and bolts! They are as strong and secure as standard wire partitions but assemble in a fraction of the time. This is accomplished using our patented hook fastener. The partition slips in easily and locks securely into 2 1/2" square post (more secure than bolt system). Hook fastener is not visible or accessible from the outside.

The diamond wire weave provides a built-in diagonal brace for added strength and security. The complete EZ Wire® system makes it easy to rearrange or expand enclosures in plant or warehouse areas and in other commercial, industrial, and institutional applications. With a variety of sizes, styles and options available, EZ Wire® is the best value in the industry.

EZ Guard
Protect your employees and machinery in seconds with EZ Guard. This system uses the same hook fastener system and diamond wire mesh pattern as EZ Wire to provide quick assembly and superior strength. Access to guarded equipment is as easy as lifting the panel off the posts. It's painted in safety yellow and is a solid solution to meeting federal safety guidelines.

• Panels are positioned on the posts with a 12" Sweep space
• Overall post height is 6"0". Legs and plastic end cap are included.
• Posts are universal and can be used in any position
• Panels are positioned on the posts with a 12" Sweep space.
• EZ Guard Panels are secured using self-tapping screws and may be installed with power tools.

Bolted Wire Partitions
These woven wire partitions are the product that started it all for Wireway/Husky Corp. Designed as modular sections; they are easily installed by one person using common hand tools and included hardware. The partitions are interchangeable and may be removed and reused for changing or expanding an installation. Since the partitions are finished and painted on both sides, either side may be used as the "front" in an installation.

• All woven wire partitions are clinched - not welded -into partition frame. This technique insures greater strength and enhanced appearance
• Hardware shipped with each partition order includes: top cap, floor sockets, installation nuts and bolts for connecting partitions
