EHLT Scissor Lift Tables
Full featured electric hydraulic scissor lift tables are used by all types of manufacturing and warehouse facilities.  Safety features include: electric toe guard to protect pinch points during lowering of the table, brass velocity fuse to maintain platform height regardless of hydraulic pressure, 24V AC push-button hand control, maintenance prop, and upper travel limit switch to stop table at maximum height reducing motor wear. 2HP, 460V, 3 phase, 60 Hz totally enclosed motor standard, other voltages available. 3000 PSI hydraulic component rating.

Tilt and Lift Table
Performs both lifting and tilting operations. 45° tilt standard. Restraining chain and 12" high lip keep load in place during tilting. Safety features include: electric toe guard to shield worker from pinch points during lowering of table, velocity fuses to stop travel due to loss of hydraulic pressure, 4 push-button hand pendent control on an 8 foot coil cord, upper limit switch to stop travel at maximum height reducing motor wear and maintenance prop. End tilt standard, side tilt available. Optional accordion skirting available for both the lifting and tilting portions of the table, contact factory.

Single Scissor Lift & Tilt Table
Designed to position containers within reach of assembly line workers and machine operators. This unique design reduces fatigue by minimizing repetitive bending and stretching required to obtain components from containers. A selector pedal allows the operator to lift while tilting or tilt then lift. 2HP AC power unit with hand pendant control is standard 208-230/460V, 3PH. Standard features include: integrated maintenance lock, pressure plated pump, pressure compensated flow valve, lowering valve and independent oil return and an adjustable upward travel limit switch.

DC Powered & Manual Scissor Carts
Tables provide unparalleled ergonomic support in lifting, palletizing, loading, and unloading applications.  Carts are raised or lowered with either a 12V DC powered motor or a manual two-speed foot pump. Units roll smoothly with (2) rigid and (2) swivel 4" x 2" phenolic casters with brakes. Push handle is non-removable.

Internal DC powered electric motor and 12V battery is include d on DC units. Electric motor is rated at 1600 watts, 133 amps and 2.14HP. Built-in 10-amp battery charger is included (operated on 115V AC power). Push buttons to raise and lower lift are located on power unit. Detachable hand control on coil cord is standard. Key-operated ON/OFF control for better security is built into the power unit. Platform is equipped with perimeter pinch-point guard for OSHA compliance. On-board charger standard.

Tilt Master & Tilt Master Straddle
Lift and position filled tote boxes or baskets without the need of a fork truck or lift table using the newly designed heavy-duty Tilt Master. These 90° tilters will function as a transporter by moving completed products from work station to work station without waiting for a fork truck.  A folding ergonomic handle has dual steering grips for quick and easy maneuverability. Unit has a thin profile to allow the user to get as close to the load as possible. These units are equipped with a floor lock. Tilt Masters, series TM, are to be used with open bottom pallets or skids while the Tilt Master Straddle units, series TMS, can be used with virtually any kind of container or pallet.  Units are powered with a 12V DC electric motor with an on-board battery charger standard. AC or *AIR/OIL reciprocating available (*filter - regulator - lubricator required).

Linearizer

The Linearizer™, series WP-400, is designed to raise or lower a worker to the optimum working height for maximum productivity with minimum risk of back injury and fatigue.  Ergonomically speaking, the optimum working elevation for most jobs is 2" below elbow height.  Typical applications might include packing stations, heavy machinery such as drill presses, lathes and saws, individual work cells or work areas where height is a problem.  The WP-400 may be used in a clean room environment since the lifting source is an electric linear actuator.  An ergonomic anti-fatigue mat is included on the platform.  For minimizing cumulative trauma injuries, the Linearizer™ is the obvious choice.

Operation

Operation of the Linearizer™ is as simple as pushing a button.  An electric linear actuator is used to raise or lower the platform to the optimum ergonomic level.  Unit is operated with a 24V pendent hand held push button control on an 8' cord.  The actuator power supply may be either 110V A/C or 24V D/C. D21/C power unit includes battery with built-in battery charger.  Both power units are UL approved.  The WP-400 includes two rigid casters on the back side to facilitate ease of movement.
